Space Requirements

  • Well-ventilated space for all participants

  • Adequate room for movement and demonstrations

  • Good lighting throughout

  • Preferred: Smooth flooring (wood/concrete)

  • Tier 1 & 2: Audio amplification for iPhone/device

    • Wireless headset connection available for voice amplification

  • Tier 3 & 4: Additional space for DJ equipment

  • Accessibility: Please share any accommodation needs so we can ensure full participation for all team members
